Engatel is a Chilean company dedicated to and specialized in the manufacturing of paper bags and e-commerce envelopes for packaging and in the conversion and printing of paper for various applications in thermal, matrix, laser and inkjet printing.

With more than 40 years of recognized experience in the market, a new and modern plant for the production of its products and more than 10,000 tons of processed material per year.

FOREST STEWARDSHIP COUNCIL (FSC)

It provides certification to companies that manufacture, process or market timber or forest products derived from timber, using responsibly produced raw materials.
FSC certification goes beyond environmental management, it also has to do with biodiversity, with social aspects such as guaranteeing work in diverse regions and preserving indigenous areas, as it must also be economically viable for producers.
Certification guarantees that products were manufactured under respectful and sustainable management practices that will help keep our forests thriving for future generations.

PROGRAMME FOR THE ENDORSEMENT OF FOREST CERTIFICATION (PEFC):

It is an NGO that promotes sustainable forest management through an independent third party.
PEFC provides the framework for the application of common internationally agreed standards common to all its national certification schemes, both for forest managers and forest product processors.
